With a passion for public policy and a desire to be helpful, Ashley enjoys research and legislation with the same fervor as an avid Whovian (of which she is also). She started the blog with one goal: to make public policy more approachable to the general public and help voters become better informed. After seeing policy as a hobby, Ashley decided to enroll in the University of California Riverside's School of Public Policy to continue her policy education. Her areas of focus are social/cultural/family policy, and policy institutions and processes.
